As manager of Davis Concrete Inc., Terry used a computer-controlled Rex Lo-Go 5 portable batch plant with mixer trucks to produce 2000+ yards of concrete and grout for the tunnel expansion project in 1999. All equipment and materials were brought in by rail and pours had to be done during the night.
